Heat Resistant

Heat resistant high chrome and nickel containing alloys AISI 310, AISI 309, HD – 28/5 -1.4823, HH – 25/12 – 1.4837, HK40 – 25/20 – 1.4848, HP – 25/35 – 1.4852, 20/32 Nb – 1.4859, alloy 800H, 50/50 Nb, alloy 825.

Castings can be produced in sand, machine moulding or ceramic moulding, and as investment and centrifugal castings.

Cast Iron

  • GG,
  • GGG,
  • bainitic,
  • Ni-Resist®
  • and Meehanite®.

Castings produced in sand, machine moulding, ceramic moulding and as investment casting.

Depending on the geometry available in weights varying from a few grams to 100 tons.

Stainless Steel

Corrosion resistant cast and forged alloys. AISI 304, AISI 310, AISI 316, W.Nr. 1.4027, 1.4059, 1.4301, 1.4308, 1.4401, 1.4408, 1.4460, 1.4462, 1.4539 etc.

Castings can be produced in sand, machine moulding or ceramic moulding, and as investment and centrifugal castings.

For specific applications and geometries it is possible to melt materials by using a vacuum melting furnace.

Titanium

According ASTM – B367-83 grade C-2, grade C-3, grade C-5 and Ti-Pd 7B. Castings produced by using rammed graphite moulding and the investment casting method. Forged and rolled as ring, bush, disc, bar and sheet.

Abrasion Resistant

Ni-Hard® and chrome iron.

Castings can be produced in sand, machine moulding or ceramic moulding, and as investment and centrifugal castings.

Nickel Base

Hastelloy® and Monel® in cast and forged versions. For specific applications and geometries it is possible to melt under vacuum.

Castings can be produced in sand, machine moulding or ceramic moulding, and as investment and centrifugal castings.

Cobalt Base

Castings produced in sand, ceramic (Shaw process) as well as investment castings  e.g. Stellite®,
UMCO 50 en UMCO 51

Aluminium

Castings produced in sand, precision sand, machine, using the investment casting method.

Zirconium

According ASTM B752-85 702C and 740C.

Castings produced by using rammed graphite moulding and the investment casting method.

Copper Based

Bronze and aluminium bronze. Castings produced in sand, machine or ceramic moulding, using the investment casting and continuous cast as bushes and bars.
